    Take a photo at the back of your PC, we could see if you have the output for plugging in the cable

    If you want to find out more about your computer. Download & Run a programme call CPU-Z. it should shows what motherboard and video card you have got.

    I too have used them - for a week, on a course. Was skeptical at first, but after grabbing a pdf and pushing it around the screen in quick circles, then putting on a youtube video and it played perfect.

    I was very impressed, and it was usb2. If your work involves graphic card GPU processing and on the fly colour shading - like many games do, then I would avold it, but if your cpu does all the work and the GPU is mostly idle, it could be a good and very cheap solution.
