defence letter to compose !

Please can someone help me - I have until 24th July to compose my defence for parking eye - dont know how to set it out or what to put or where to send it to.
Thank you - also unsure how to get onto the sticky threads ?

I find you last question truly amazing.
I gave you a link to the NEWBIES thread over two weeks ago - twice in fact.

And you don't know where to send your Defence??
Please re-read my post of 2nd July on your other thread.

If you are on a phone you have no chance, so switch to a PC.

Then once you have read the second post and seen all the defence examples, post in your original thread (NEVER start a new thread here except about a different ticket).
