I've been with First Utility (now Shell) for almost 5 years. We supply our meter readings every month (7th) and I religiously check our account each month on line. Has been virtually hassle free except for the odd occasions they wished to increase our direct debit despite being a couple of hundred of pounds in credit. I won that argument and kept to original amount.
