NOW pensions

Hi there
I know there were a spate of threads about NOW a couple of years ago. Our employee and employer contributions are going to this pension provider and things don't seem right even now. The total paid in doesn't match what is being deducted from wages, there is negative growth (unique in this pension, the others are fine) and the on line portal is inpenetrable other than a Grand total figure with no details of monies paid in. It's making me rather anxious that the whole team is with a really poor company and will suffer for it in 10 and 20 years time. Does anyone have any uptodate info? The Trustpilot ratings are possibly the worst I have ever seen for a company.

I wouldn't worry about the negative growth - 2018 was not a good year. The rest of it would be a concern - you need to be able to reconcile the figuresI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans
