I need to send this off in the next few days.

Are there any key points I have missed off or is it good to go?

As I said earlier...

...you have until 4pm on Monday 5th August 2019 to file your Defence.

You still have ten days.

Hi Keith, We are going away at the end of next week and so need to get it sent by Thursday next week.
I am happy with the bulk of the defence I just want to make sure there is nothing major missing that will take some time to get right.

Defence has been submitted today as PDF via emai to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.ukl, however the deadline is also today at 4pm.

Do I need to chase them to add it ASAP or is it ok because I have sent it in time?

You normally get an auto response fairly quickly but you could log on to MCOL to see if it has been submitted/received

Update,
DQ's have been sent back to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and a second copy posted to the VCS.

Although we have not received anything from VCS... Should we receive a copy of their DQ?

Deadline is 19th so a few days yet.

Yes, they have the same instructions as you
If you don't get one, check with the court
Either way you're writing in pointing out the claimant failed to follow the courts ORder.
