Competition Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to win.
2. To enter, you must be a Facebook or Twitter user who is at least 18 years of age and resides within the UK.
3. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries received via agents/third parties or submitted using multiple social media accounts are not permitted.
4. Competition excludes employees of Euronics, their families or agencies.
5. The competition starts Wednesday 17th July and finishes Tuesday 23rd July at 4pm.
6. The prize is to win 1 of 3 Samsung 40” 4K Smart TVs (UE40NU7110KXXU).
7. The prize can only be delivered to a UK address – instore collection only. The winners will be expected to get photos taken instore for PR purposes.
8. To enter, entrants must:
- Follow our Twitter page and retweet our post or like our Facebook page and like our post (depending on what platform they decide to enter through).
- Also must fulfill the following task: Tell us what Smart TV app they use to watch their fav shows
9. The winners will be drawn at random from valid entries. Entries are only valid if the entry is completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The judge’s (Euronics') decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Submission of entries does not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by Euronics for entries which Euronics does not receive. Euronics shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
11. The winners will be notified via the social media platform they used to enter the competition, within 7 days of the competition closing date.
12. In order to receive the prize, the winners are required to provide Euronics with their full name and UK address. Should the winners not acknowledge receipt of their win and provide their full name and UK address within 14 days of receiving notice from Euronics that they have won a prize. We reserve the right to re-issue the prize to another entrant selected at random from all remaining valid entries.
13. The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of the winners notifying Euronics of their full name and UK address.
14. The prize is as stated. It is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
15. The winners will be required to have a photo taken with the chosen Euronics agent when receiving the prize. It must be taken in store with the agent and clearly show Euronics branding where possible within the photo.
16. Euronics accepts no liability for the prize received.
17. All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Euronics’ Privacy Policy (available on the Euronics website at https://www.euronics.co.uk/privacy-policy).
18. By entering the contest, you are agreeing to have your submitted name, entry displayed and photo (see clause 15) on our website or social media profiles, and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation.
19. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
20. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this competition at any time.
