Lending Stream Refund

Hi,
I have recently accepted an offer from Lending Stream via The Financial Ombudsman for a refund. I was just wondering do I have to wait the full 28 days to receive this? Is there any way of speeding this process up? Please feel free to let me know your experiences of Lending Stream refunds if possible.

You will need to wait up to 28 days if that is the timescale that has been given. There will be no way of speeding anything up unfortunately.


Can you imagine if everyone tried to speed their claims up?

It's down to the lender. Some drag their heels, others are quite prompt. If nothing received after 28 days, I would suggest going back to the Ombudsman and complaining about Lending Stream's vexatious behaviour in response to the decision.

But no, there isn't any way to speed this up.
