I think it's good to go
Let's see if VCS want to be whooped in court again or discontinue
I am sure VCS do not want to be labelled with Abuse of Process because they waste the courts time a lot0 -
Para 6 contains an extra "propietary"
Is the claimant's name in the heading as it is specified on the claim form?0 -
As 1505grandad says, you need to check the repeated word in para 6. Glad to see you've got the Abuse of Process in there, correctly quoted. If you have read Bargepole's example defences you will see that he recommends simple numbering of paragraphs without sub-paragraphs. Otherwise I agree with beamerguy, it has all the usual defence points.0

Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Ah spotted that is it the done thing to do put the defendant's name in the heading as per the claim form?
Spotted the repetition on paragraph 6 and will amend accordingly. MP complaint went in and he advised no response from VCS this far.
Thank you for all your input0 -
Hi All,
Just an update whilst we have been waiting to receive a letter from our allocated court with a hearing date.
My mum has instead received a later stating that the judge has struck out the claim due to non compliance of CPR 16 - without a hearing and there is 7 days to respond.
Does that mean that other side has failed to so something?0
