Grand Prize: 1 x Bespoke Holiday worth £10,000
a. The Promoter will appoint their Prize Provider to act as the winner’s personal experience advisor who will provide expert and impartial advice to provide travel, accommodation, excursions and other activities requested by the winner to the value of £10,000. Trips and experiences must be booked through the Prize Provider and once an itinerary has been agreed with the winner any transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the itinerary will be at the expense of the winner.
b. The trip must be booked within one year of winner notification and once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.
c. No cash alternative will be offered.
d. Where the trip involves foreign travel, winner and companion(s) are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to their chosen destination at their own expense. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party has any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
e. For any accommodation included in the trip, the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in for security deposit purposes.
f. Where the trip involves foreign travel, travel insurance must be taken out prior to travel by the winner.
g. The Prize Provider will not organise travel to countries or areas where the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office advise against travel.
h. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over.
i. Where the winner’s companion(s) is aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
j. Prior to booking the itinerary the Prize Provider will inform the winner of any age restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of their chosen itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.

Runner-up Prizes: There are 10 runner-up prizes, consisting of a 3-night European weekend away for 2 adults.
a. Runners-up can choose between the following destinations:
o Rome, Italy: Half day cooking class with a four-course meal
o Ibiza, Spain, Full-day body conditioning exercise bootcamp
o Algarve, Portugal: 2-hour surf lesson (all abilities considered)
o Corfu Town, Greece: 2-hour diving lesson (all abilities considered)
o Barcelona, Spain: 1-hour private flamenco dance lesson
o Dordogne, France: 2-hour horse riding lesson / trail ride (all abilities considered)
o Paris, France: 1.5-hour French lesson
o Amsterdam, Netherlands: 3-hour photography workshop around Amsterdam
b. Prize Package for 2 adults includes:
i. Return Economy flights from London, Manchester, Edinburgh or Belfast to winner’s chosen destination, including taxes, fees and hand baggage only
ii. Return private airport transfers in winner’s chosen destination
iii. 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in winner’s chosen destination, with a fourstar rating, based on sharing a double or twin room
iv. Daily breakfast
v. ONE activity in winner’s chosen destination (as per list outlined above)
vi. Three-course dinner and drinks at a restaurant in winner’s chosen destination, up to a maximum value of £50 per person
vii. Travel insurance
c. Economy flights available from major international airports in London, Manchester, Edinburgh or Belfast
d. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available
e. Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel
f. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest
g. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation
h. Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room
i. Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion
j. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider
k. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over
l. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
m. No cash alternative is available
n. All prize elements are subject to availability
o. Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2019 – 2nd January 2020 (Christmas and
New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday
p. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame
q. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure
r. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
s. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended
t. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
u. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers
v. The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize
w. Specific activities may carry additional height, weight and age restrictions, which will be advised to the winner in advance of booking
x. The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd and the Prize is subject to any further terms and conditions as advised by Element London Ltd at the time of booking.
