Economy 7 readings reversed - maths help please!

Hello!


Hoping someone can fathom if Ebico has calculated my bill correctly, as they have been reversing my day and night readings for some reason. I thought as I use about 60% at night (and the Night Owl tariff is free at night) I would be due a fairly hefty refund, but no. I seem to be in credit by just 13 quid. However I can't work out if they're diddling me or not!


Extra info: We have storage heaters. We also have solar panels. We can't get gas where we live, unless it's Calor. We had a smart meter fitted last summer (no, I can't work out how they reversed the readings either). There's a 60% 'fair useage' cap on night useage with this tariff, so I've upped my daytime leccy use.

Sorry if I'm being thick, but they appear to have gone back and also 'corrected' old bills so I can't check what's happened.

I did once calculate bits of useage so I could work out cheapest tariffs myself - the online comparisons don't seem to work very well for Economy 7, plus I have solar panels just to confuse matters even more.
