Do First Direct no longer respond to messages?

Before the website change I couldn't fault First Direct with their response time on secure messages - it was rapid. I've sent numerous messages over the years and every single one bar none was responded to within 24hours.
Had to send my first message since the website layout change on Sunday. Still no response. Ok it's only 2 days but based on previous (& lots of previous) it's very unusual.
