20/21 Nat insurance rates ?

When are the following years NI rates usually announced please?
At present voluntary class 3 NI is £15 a week and I can make up gaps in past years by paying this times the missing weeks.
If I leave it until next April I'll pay the new rate so just working out if i am better off waiting and earning the interest since my pension forecast says I can pay for the past years up to 2023.
Obviously it would be stupid to pay it before next March since the cost is the same and then if the increase in percentage terms is less than I get with an investment I'll wait.

I think usually announced around November/December after the Budget.
Of course it could be different this year with everything else that’s going on.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
