I'm thinking about putting a claim in before the deadline. 2003 hubby to be took out a car loan and ppi despite telling the car sales person he had cash to pay upfront was persuaded it was best to take out a loan and PPI !!!! We got together later that year...
As soon as I found out I (being more money savvy) made sure the loan was paid off and PPI cancelled (prob less than a year into the deal)
Could we still claim on this I know the garage the car was bought from and have bank statements showing the payments going out and who they were made to??

It's pre-regulation, so best to forget this one.0
