Are the IAS sharing information with Gladstones?

I sent an e-mail to ADR[at]theIAS.org

The servers were down so the e-mail was rejected. Here's the first part of the automated e-mail.

EXCHANGE01.GLADSTONES.local rejected your message to the following email addresses:

ADR@theIAS.org (ADR@theIAS.org)

I'm not a techie lady but does this mean when I sent an e-mail to the IAS it was really being sent to Gladstones? I knew there were links to the companies but didn't realize they may be sharing data.

United Trade and Industry are the Umbrella company.

Gladstones Solicitors, the IPC, and the IAS are all subsidiaries.

Basically, everything ends up on Will Hurley's desk, situated in a back street office in Knutsford that looks like a kebab shop.

    You couldn't make it up.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I wonder if Gladstones make the IAS decisions? That would explain why they keep the names anonymous, contrary to ADR rules.

To the OP, don't try IAS:

You could raise a concern with the ICO online, about this sharing of data with the very solicitors who file court claims, and cannot possibly have involvement with IAS decisions, nor be allowed to share/process or store data at appeal stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
