Hi all, was taken onto this toll bridge when taking a friend to liverpool airport.
I paid the £2 toll a few days later online.
A month later I have recieved a Penalty charge notice letter, for £40, £20 if I pay within 14 days. Apparently the toll had to be paid within 24 hours of crossing, I wasn't aware at all.
Is it possible to appeal this?

I think if you can find a phone number and speak to a person, they will cancel it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
