  • Morning IA!

Miserable day here. Pouring with rain - the kind of day you just want to stay uner the covers.

Looking forward to 3.30 when my exam is over.
Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

Good morning campers. Dull and dreary here today- talking about the weather AND me ! Think I must have SAD, I feel sooo much better when the sun is shining. How's everyone else ?

it's a dull damp day in Blackpool...don't know what's in the rain round here, but a sign for the double glazing co has sprouted in our front garden overnight! Oh well, at least it's all correct now & it does look very good, so I guess they can use us as an advert!

Lots of stuff to do today - or so my boss says :D
  • morning.......blue sky and sunshine in Poole, makes a difference from the last few days!

Good result with the wing mirror Lucy!

Well it is one thing less to worry about.

I saw a counsellor yesterday and I need to worry less, introduce more 'pleasure' time (yes they were her words!) and stop negative thinking. These things don't always happen to me, it was just something unfortunate that happened.

It might be hard work to think like that!

I tend to think to myself, could i have done anything different within reason, to stop it? (it being whatever sh1tty thing has happenned) if the answer is no, then i let it slide. I only beat myself up about things i have done directly.

Makes life a lot easier. Less guilt ridden!

  • I've been messing with spreadsheets.. car loan over payments and xmas budgets... I find it impossible to budget for xmas when all your money for it trickles in over the month... I just want to go on an xmas spending spree not have to scrimp and save to be able to afford to buy people presents!
