Power of attorney help please

We are going to start to do the POA online. Once we have done these and paid the fee, what is the next step if these need to be enforced. Had a look on websites and just cant seem to crasp the correct answer. Many thanks in advance.

Once you have the paper in your hand, legally you should just be able to "do what you want", unfortunately the world doesn't work like that and many organisations (banks) still put you through the wringer.

They are not content with the court paperwork... one step you might like to do now is go into any banks and present your PoA and get it set up so you could use it now. They'd issue a PoA person with their own cheque book, their own login, their own debit card etc - all marked with the name and POA emblazoned on it. In that way you can use their accounts, but the paperwork trail states "POA did this".

I just had the card/PIN when I was PoA and went about just using it appropriately/legally, assuming that that is how it worked... I had no idea that the banks would issue a separate cardholder etc.
