When claiming for a deceased relative, do you use your own names on the form or the name of your relative?

You need to provide your relative's details, but also proof that you are entitled to complain on the dead person's behalf.
If the forms you are filling in are not suitable for your circumstance, simply write them a letter including all details and documents etc.
Do you have the necessary legal right to complain?
Do note also that if this person has been dead some time, there is every possibility that the Bank will no longer have any records of their finances. You'll therefore need comprehensive documentary evidence of the finance along with any PPI .0 -
Are you the person administering the estate?0
