I have filled in form to bank re PPI but when having to refill form it rejects changes can anyone assist please?

    Speak to the bank. It may be easier to print it if you're having trouble with completing it online.

    I was using resolver form to send in another claim to bank so is the fault with resolver form or the bank?

    It normally is.

    Just send your complaint direct, No need to ask a third party to send it for you - it can only ever slow things down.

    It's not a "fault", but if you need to edit (or change) what you've typed you should print off the Ombudsman Complaint form and simply post it to the Bank. Time is now very short, so using a third party like Resolver is not recommended as it can cause unnecessary delays.
