QDR Solicitors parking fine - HELP

Hi all,
I have been recently faced with on going letters from QDR solicitors threatening court action against me. The original fine is from ZZPS (of which i was told that due to it being a private company and not the counsel you do not have to pay them by law) i haven't responded to any letters i have just discarded them.
I also have an outstanding one from high view parking. Please could someone advise me as to whether i am lawfully obligated to pay these penalties or if the information i was told was correct in that i can ignore them if they are private companies (any they're just trying to get my money).
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide!

Theses are not fines, nor are they penalties. They are invoices from scammers for the damage they suffered when you allegedly breached contracts they allege you entered into with them. You need pay them nothing unless a judge orders you to do so.
Had you done any research you would have known this. Please read the stickies and open a separate thread for each PPC.
Nine out of ten of these so called breaches of contract are scams so get your MP on board.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2019/8/contents/enactedYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
As TD says these are not fines or penalties, and you didn't get the first one from ZZPS who are debt collectors.
Perhaps the idiot that told you to ignore these speculative invoices will help you research how to now fight the consequences they may have dropped you in.
Do no ignore the Highview one they are easy to beat, but it depends when you received it.
The paperwork for the first one you are receiving should tell you who the original PPC was.
Get real now or you will regret it, do as TD has advised and start researching in the newbies start here thread.
If your forum name is derived from you real name get it changed now!!!!0 -

Start listening to this forum and NOT people who don't know
ZZPS are only timewasting debt collectors and do not issue parking invoices. Were they chasing for Highview or do you have a separate issue.
QDR are a low rated legal owned by the shamed Wright Hassall solicitors.
Does the letter from QDR state "Letter of claim" or "Letter before claim". Does it give you 30 days to respond, does it provide proof of the claim0 -
The original fine is from ZZPS
The Highview one can be beaten in 24 hours, merely by sending online, the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread that you should have sent at the time. No ticking that you were the driver!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Your assumption that ZZPS only handles Debt Collection is incorrect, if you read the bottom of their letters or do some simple research you will be able to identify that they operate under a different name and send out original notifications.
I guess I only know because I've received a letter from them before, maybe people on here don't know as much as they pretend.0 -

Ahh yes the Truth Bandit that seems to have an agenda on here and that's not helping victims of scamming PPC's.
ZZPS are NOT a PPC are they you are the misleading one to quote your ridiculous reply to mine here:

Get your facts right, they are handlers performing back office support, and debt collection.
If you can't support people being scammed positively why comment at all.0 -
Please, quote me where I stated ZZPS are a PPC.
I did not, yet you try to discredit me by claiming I do, it is a fact that ZZPS send out original notifications for some PCNs.
To dispute that is just incorrect, yet you still do dispute what I am saying.0 -

As I said I believe you have a hidden agenda, and your ambiguity betrays you, my mistake was feeding a troll!0 -
Ah, that must be how it works here, I point out your error and you brand me as a troll.
No wonder you continue to provide incorrect knowledge with disregard to the drivers.0 -

Personally I have absolutely no idea what point you are trying to make. I also have no idea how the original poster has been disadvantaged in any way.
It's Highview. You send the blue template and they cancel. That's the way of the world and arguing about ZZPS is merely froth.0
