My neighbours home just burnt down. Do I claim on their insurance for damage to mine?

My very elderly neighbours have just burnt down their house.(we think he was lighting the solid fuel! boiler and fell asleep. ) Fortunately they were rescued by a meals on wheels driver who arrived to see flames coming from their house. The fire was well established by the time the fire brigade arrived.

Our houses are semi detached and halls adjoining. The fire brigade managed to save our house but we have quite a lot of water damage.. We cannot get back in until it has been surveyed by a structural engineer.and are camping out with our son. Their son who turned up, said they are insured. My question is should I be claiming on my house insurance or theirs?
