Thank you. Guessing the best route now would be to go down the route of the right to issue tickets on the land and bpa compliance?

I think what was meant is that even on here it is important not to identify the driver by any means whatsoever including the use of telling pronouns. The Registered Keeper has protection that the driver does not. Keepers should therefore get into the habit of referring to 'the driver', 'they' or indeed 'we' if the keeper was an occupant of the car.

Plus not doing it in any appeal either, not writing a witness statement on behalf of the claimant which would jeapordise your chances of success

It's the not thinking part from start to finish, that jeapordises things, so do not think it's just about what you write on here, it's much bigger than that

At school we were taught to write verbs correctly so saying I parked hands it to the claimant, be it to a Parking company, or to Popla, or in court puts the odds into the claimant,s favour

Find anything that supports your Stance and diminishes their credibility and use them, keep it short, less than 2000 characters

Only if you didn't already give away who the driver was. If you did, the 'not relevant land' winning point is in the bin.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
