Hi everyone just looking for some advice. We put in a Poo claim for an old egg cc account. We have received a response that states we wrote to you in April 2013 confirming you had CRP and we have have been Mis-sold. As it’s more that 3 years time limited etc. We moved from the address that the account was registered to in 2008 so we didn’t receive the letter that they are referring to.
Do we have a case to appeal? should we reply to Canada Square or go to the ombudsman?
