Can never get off my drive! Is there anything I can do?!

Two of my neighbours constantly park with half of their car in the road/on the pavement which means that my partner and I really struggle to get off our drive. Is their parking legal or is there anything we can do?

This forum majors on private parking invoices, not disputes with neighbours!
You may get some ideas by posting your issue in the main motoring forum0 -

Nobody can tell you if it's legal or not without seeing it0 -
It is legal to park partly on the pavement unless the Local Authority is delegated as a Special Enforcement Area where they can issue PCNs for pavement parking (mostly in London). In most areas, this is not an issue.
You mean you have to reverse around their car, in order to leave your drive? That's normal in my road, and no-one complains. It's a narrow road with few spaces to park.
But if you are unhappy the best thing to do is have a chat with the neighbours politely, and agree to be neighbourly to each other with a bit of give & take. For example if you sometimes have visitors parking on street, such as at Christmas, it would be good to know your neighbours won't object to the same thing you are unhappy about.
Apart from that there is nothing you can do and just need to be careful when reversing, as me and my neighbours are, or reverse up into your drive to make leaving it easier.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Could you describe the situation more... are your neighbours parking over a dropped curb, if so I think you can call the police if they are impending exit ( I don’t think you can call them to get into your drive only I you cannot get out).
If they are not in front of a dropped curb and you can get out you have little remedy.
Alternatively if it’s the dropped curb and you cannot exit.. get up at 2am, 4am , bang on your neighbours door to move their car, repeat at dinner time, in the pouring rain , then repeat every hour on the hour etc... if they refuse call the police. Repeat... they will soon get sick of moving their car0 -
You can't call the Police and dropped kerbs are only enforced in Special Enforcement Areas, and not where it is a non-shared residential driveway as that's exempt (due to the fact the car might be permitted by the resident).
I really would not recommend people fall out with their neighbours:

You can if it’s impeding exit and you are trapped.. it’s causing an obstruction.. My neighbour did ( not to me ) and the police came as it’s dangerous in the event of an emergency
But the ringing the doorbell at all hours of the day and night is also effective.. just make it more trouble then it’s worth0 -
I agree you can, in principle, if you are trapped. Can't see the Police rushing to attend within minutes!
But it's not what the OP said and who on earth wants to fall out with neighbours?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I agree you will be waiting a few hours but they will come eventually...
I read the title as they could not get out of their drive at all.. “can never get off my driveway” sorry can’t quote the thread title, if they can drive around then I agree with you.0 -
I see what you mean and we agree. If they were stuck on their driveway it's a Police matter but it doesn't sound that way to me, based on the post.
It sounds more like a jobsworth neighbour up the road from me, who thinks she owns the kerb due to a white H bar across her drive extending for a foot to the kerb each side. So mad is she, that she ran out to shout at my lovely daughter, who was GIVING WAY to a car coming up our narrow road!
