Hi, i recently parked at a Britannia carpark in Chelmsford, i entered my number plate and paid at the machine for 2hrs, and came back to my vehicle within the time restraint, However ive received a Parking charge notice through the post today! The machine didnt provide a ticket, so i assumed by entering my vehicle registration, along with payment, it was sufficient.
Any helps appreciated)

Oh dear, one does get very bored with the Britannia operation.
Britannia seem to have more dodgy pay machines than any other companies. ?????

You were picked up by ANPR which is dodgy at the best of times
However, for each car in and out that day their will be a record and that record ties up with the pay machine.

Did Britannia steal your payment ??? Can they prove otherwise

You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving


The ppcs monitor here and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

You do really need to edit your post.
The DRIVER parked on the day whilst the KEEPER has received the NTK,
they are two different people.
Also no I, me or myself these give any nosy PPC info.

Carefully read the NEWBIES thread (one click back, third thread down) to understand the game you have entered.
Send the BLUE appeal template unaltered as KEEPER
It has two purposes it lets the PPC know you are receiving forum help and doesn’t identify the driver.

This will be due to a driver's typo, or their keypad failure, to record the full VRN but that's not something that POPLA will allow an appeal for.

You will know from the NEWBIES FAQS thread, how to appeal at this first stage, and to complain to the landowner as the easiest way to get this scam cancelled on the spot.
