Ncp parking fine Scotland

I recently received a letter from ncp saying I was being fined for parking my car without a ticket, I wasn’t parked but had to drop a friend off so wasn’t in the area for long and I did not see any signs saying you needed to pay parking. I also recently been received letters from a company called bw legal. I do know if I should pay as I’m not sure because I was always told only pay police or council parking. Anyone help? Thank you

Ignore it. There is no keeper liability in Scotland so they can only chase the driver.

If you are able to complaining to the landowner may get it cancelled.

In fact, edit you post above to stop prying PPC eyes from reading about who parked.

You seem to have missed the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread, or not yet searched the forum for the word Scotland, which would both have shown you what the advice is for PCNs in your neck of the woods.

Easy one, but get it cancelled by the landowner to stop the threatograms.
