Multiple CPM PCNs

Hi all,

I work for a company that leases 5 vehicles, in the last week or so 3 of our vehicles have been caught on the same carpark whilst collecting lunch. They will have been on the carpark no longer than 10 mins. As of this morning we've been issued with 4 notices of £60 rising to £100. These have been addressed to the director of the company and direct to our offices. Our admin lady has told me she's already paid the first notice. I'm expecting a lot more of these notices to come through as well, as the first one is dated in April and the lads have been parking there intermittently up until the first notice came through last week.

My questions are, should I appeal the rest of these notices? does the fact that the first one has been paid effect any appeal? and if I should appeal, which of the templates should I use? Or should we take the hit but strike some deal with CPM where we pay some but not the full amount? I think we are going the end up with at least 10 notices, that's £600 for the sake of a few sandwiches!

I've read through the newbie thread a few times and although there is a lot of useful info on there, I haven't found the answers im looking for.

Thanks in advance.

    There's only one appeal template!

Of course they should be appealed!

Paying one doesn't mean you set a precedent

The confusion was with the 3 templates within the "lease/company car" part of the newbie thread.

I would suggest THIS appeal as written by Edna Basher for companies.

There's only one written from the POV of a Fleet Manager/company, AFAIK.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
