Is it even remotely possible to "undelete" an email on MSN account ?

If you have another computer / device that hasn't been turned on since the deletion (and it has a email client set up to access that account) then try booting that computer WITHOUT internet access. If necessary turn off your router or take the device out of range of any WiFi known to it. You will then have access to all emails cached on that device before any updates happen.

    Worked for me recently ;)

Indeed. Gmails's default policy is to hold deleted emails in the Bin for 30 days before permanently purging them. No idea if MSN follow the same principle.

    In Outlook:

    Go to "Deleted Items"
You will see a message "Recover items deleted from this folder. (xxx Items)"

Where "xxx" is the number of deleted items. You will then have to trawl through these to find the one(s) you need. Good Luck!
I think this job really needs
    a much bigger hammer.

@OP - this will probably be your best bet. Depending on how old the deleted email is will determine whether it can be recovered or not, otherwise it will be permanently lost to the ether
