I am trying to get some clarification on how much Maintenance grant daughter will get for Uni.

Lets say for arguments sake that the income of house is £60k

Are you in England? And do both those pictures relate to student finance england? Are they both showing the amounts for 2019-20 academic year?

It would be helpful if you identified the sources for each so we can check you are looking at the correct info.

The official (.gov) website shows £4168 for a high earning family, student studying away from home and outside London.
