Hi I have the above phone and need to as the following

I wish to do a reset of the phone should take a photo of the apps I have before I do reset?

I wish to not lose my contacts on my phone what is the easy way to save on to sim?
as not tech ofay
I wish to save my msgs on what up and the contacts to?

As you may have seen my last thread as the phone is jamming and slow to respond thus think best to reset and see

I have never had an issue with a Samsung phone as this my 3

Am sure if the phone is classed as cheap phone

usual method is to make sure you are signed into your google account and do a complete backup to the cloud from within the backup process on your phone. once you have reset your phone and signed back into your google account you will be given the option of setting up your phone from a previous backup or from new. select the last backup you did and that should be it.
