PIP pay and backpay

I recently had my tribunal (26th July) and had just managed to get standard rate daily living. They told me that I should receive a letter by the 5th about winning my tribunal, however there still hasn't been anything.
I was wondering about how long roughly it would take for DWP to write to me and how long it will be before I get my first payment and if my backpay will come at the same time or a seperate payment on another date.
Thanks.

Great news. Backdated money can take between 6-8 weeks. You'll receive backdated money separately and your first 4 weekly payment will start 4 weeks after that.0

Did you mean June? As it’s only the 15th July at present.0
