Ipod nano - downloading games problem.

Hi there, I wonder if someone could help me.

I have an ipod nano (3rd generation) and I'm having problems playing a game on there.

Recently downloaded the sudoku game from i-tunes store,
It is showing in my i-tunes library.
After syncing, it is showing on my i-pod, but when I go to play the game it has this message on the i-pod..

This game cannot be launced.
Connect your ipod to itunes and reinstall this game.

I've done this, I've also updated my itunes to the latest one (7.5 I think), The i-pod software is also up to date

My computer is authorized to the i-pod as well.

But it still won't play.
I can play the games that came on the ipod fine, it just seems to be this one.

Any ideas?
