Files from J7 to Huwawei 20

I bought a new phone outright and the 02 Guru transferred all data over.
However all the music she transferred flags uop 'failed to play.
Any ideas please.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

    Use another app to play the files. Built in player probably doesnt like the format of the files.

    VLC may work, although last time i tried it on my Galaxy S4 it struggled.

    WMA = Windows Media Audio. I'd suggest transcoding them to MP3.

    Rocket Player plays wma files, which should get you going, but ideally you should convert them to mp3.

    Converting from lossy WMA to MP3 would really affect the sound quality.
