Travel insurance help

My partner and I are going on holiday in August and we are comparing travel insurance but before we pick the best one, we would like to know if either of us can sort it out or if it has to be the name of the person who’s name is on the holiday booking. We don’t want to get caught out if something does happen :)

I would just get the one who booked to do the insurance.
And you really should take out your insrance as soon as you have booked your holiday . Anything can happen and does for many in thr interim period causing them to cancel holidays and losing the lot
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • Thanks McKneff! we booked the holiday this weekend so insurance will definitely be sorted today. I’ll do it for my partner (because I know he’ll pick the wrong thing) haha.. but I’ll put it all in his name!

    Appreciate your advice.

If you are planning to do quad biking or other activities that the insurance classify as risky make sure that they are covered , it's often available as an add on
