Replacement tiles

Wanting to replace kitchen wall and floor tiles.
Approx 16sqm total.
Had a quote about £40 per sqm removal and replacement. Labour only.
Just wondering what if the tiles come off and the walls need plastering and what prep the floor may need after tile removal. Haven't factored any additional costs in.
