Barclays have behaved as any other bank would. They did the right thing.
No - a business account and a community account are quite separate from a personal account.
Under the circumstances outlined by the OP, a complaint to Barclays would be perfectly reasonable.0 -
Well a full written complaint has gone into Barclays, thanks to everyone for the replies.
I have now also set up an ISA elsewhere and will be transferring that away from Barclays.0
