I take it the street begins with R and has blue kitchen cupboards?
It's a nice house but from what I've just seen they are pushing the very top of the price bracket for that type or property in the area.
Somewhere around the low 150 mark would be realistic IMO.0 -

Long time ago now, but I knew exactly which street I wanted to buy in, and as a FTB I was worried about the ever-increasing prices at the time. It was a waiting game. I paid a little over the odds when the opportunity came up, and never regretted it, because ticking the boxes meant no need to move for 10 years.
If you think you can manage without the missing bedroom, fair enough, but it's often lack of space that prompts the second move.0 -

Interest does Not always mean offers, remember anything out the mouth of an EA needs a lot skepticism.0 -
