Novice landlord, need advice

    Thank you to those who have given positive advice.
    Having previously used an EA, this is my first experience asking a tenant to leave (previous tenants have simply notified me in writing of their intention to leave)..,,I was under the impression I could do the same.
    I will issue the form 6A.

    No not good enough first check you have issued all the correct paperwork that makes your form 6A/section 21 valid.
    When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.

    Seriously - there is no point serving a S21 using form 6a if it is in any way invalid.
