DEFENCE SUBMITTED ON TIME!

NPE has responded to SAR ( letter received today). They only send details for 1 ticket - photos of the car/windscreen PCN/overstay/pay&display. However, the county court letter claim indicated x 3 tickets).

Any suggestion on what to do next, please

GLADSTONE HAS RESPONDED TO DEFENCE - DQ
- Asking consent for the case to be dealt with on the PAPERS only without an ORAL hearing.

I intend to reject their offer! SUGGESTIONS, please?

Hi all,

I have received a letter from Northampton County Court stating that the case has been transferred to my local county court as per my DQ request and that i should wait for them to contact me.

Im trying to draft WS beforehand, have looked at #2 thread but still not quite sure how to go about it. Can someone guide me, please?

read recent court claim threads that are either completed, or near completion and both will have WS posts that can inspire your own WS

you are witness number one , nobody here was a witness, so only you can compile it

start by reading recent posts by bargepole and Johnnersh to see what they have told people like didgeridoo for example
