Fraud on Morgan Stanley card

Hiya, I've just subscribed to get some advise on my next step with Morgan Stanley and their complete lack of interest regarding £1000 of fraud on my credit card. Since reporting it to them two weeks ago I've heard absolutely nothing from their Disputes/Charge back department. Is this normal? My replacement card arrived within days but I'm more interested in getting the purchases that aren't mine removed from my statement.

I've been speaking to customer services on a nearly daily basis and all they can say is that the Disputes letter can take up to 7-10 working days to reach me however that timer starts from when they process my query. Can they tell me if it's been processed?? Oh no, that a different department and they've all gone home for the day and ring back tomorrow.

All in all a pretty poor level of customer service. I'll be closing my account once this has been sorted.
