Electoral roll info please

Hello,
Do companies who credit check you know when you go on the electoral roll ? I am not on it now but if I go on it and its confirmed as being updated on the report can creditors see I have only just been added ?

Also if you do go on it it might not show straight away. Councils send monthly changes and publish the register every six months, so it could be you go on the ER and that not show on the credit file for six months plus that you actually are on it.0
