DIY flooring help (LVT)

Hi Guys a bit of advice would be appreciated. I got 2 questions really
I'm planning on laying LVT tiles in my dining room, I brought some Kardean glue down planks and there coming next week, the floor im laying on is chipboard, its perfectly flat.
1. Over the top of the chipboard floor at the moment is the green fibre board underlay, can I lay onto this or shall I take this up aswell and lay directly onto the chipboard?
2. If I lay directly onto the chipboard shall I seal it first and if so what with?
I've laid this stuff before in 2 bathrooms in my house but both times was over plank type floorboards so I plyed over that to give myself a flat surface to work on, this time I'm starting with a flat surface so hopefully will be easier just on a bigger scale.
Thanks
