I think you are paraphrasing wrongly?the letter does in fact state that failure to pay the amount outstanding then i will seek recovery and that I will be facing prosecution and fined up to £1000 plus court costs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
