I'm just picking back this situation after 2 weeks of work abroad.

Not many properties have appeared on the market, especially in the area (Hammersmith/Shep Bush) I'm looking at.

I've seen this one is quite interesting in between Kennington and Vauxhall:

I used to do some work in the area I know it a bit...but I'm afraid it may be a council block :-/

It mentions tenure as "share of freehold" so it's unlikely to be council owned or comprise of a large number of flats in a block.

Price already dropped 15k, wait for more price drops IMO.

That one is actually a great flat but on top of a Fish and Chips spot - so very disappointing!

I like this one too but I'm afraid the councils tax in Camden are a bit too high:

Nice if you like fish and chips though, Camden one of the highest CT rates in the country I think? Price, location and views are all good on this one though IMO but will be interesting to see if it needs a price cut or two to sell.

Not so. Camden has quite a low council tax.
