Eon Exclusive Tariff

Hi,

Is it possible to get hold of 'exclusive' tariff's only offered to 'loyal' customers? I just got a call from Eon offering me an exclusive tariff - Fixed 1 year Exclusive v5. They had access to all my usage details and knew all my details so it wasn't a scam. I did check their website and this tariff does not show up. The reason they rang me is because I just switched to a new supplier and will be leaving them. The quote they gave pretty much matches what I was quoted with my new supplier and is significantly cheaper than their other tariff's, by around £200.

Any advice?

Quite likely they are offering you a good deal, I had a good priced renewal offer from EDF that was not openly available. The companies are pretty much allowed to do what they like with offers to new customers, existing customers and through various different channels. It is, according to OFGEM, supposed to make things more open and fair but IMO, as is the case with the majority of OFGEM thinking, it actually does the opposite.

Hello nhussa22 and I can confirm, the Fixed 1 Year Exclusive tariff is one of our products.

This tariff is only available to existing customers going through a change of supplier.
