DAF Application

Just wanted to pick people's brains for some advice.

I've been applying for the DAF for clients for a long time and never really had any problems. But recently they've started to say that they need to receive applications for partners or official agents etc. Is this the case?

Now I work as a benefits advisor helping people, but I don't think the organisation has officially registered. Also on the online application form it has options for a person to apply for themselves, options to input my details and options to choose with registered partner you are. So why only accept applicants from the 3rd option?

For eg. The application I completed this week was rejected, because while I put my name, organisation and details etc it wasn't enough, though there was no further spaces to explain any more information about who I am etc... so I'm a bit confused.

Thanks
