If an NTK is issued by a BPA registered firm (as first contact, with no windscreen PCN) 32 days after the date of incident, how should an online appeal be worded? TIA

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to get an understanding of the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
You will see advice on how and when to appeal together with a template appeal for you to copy and send designed to ensure you will get a popla code0 -
Use the blue text template from the newbies sticky thread near the top of the forum, add a paragraph stating that they failed to follow POFA so as Keeper you have no liability
Do not reveal who was driving0 -
I read a vast number of posts there, including the one with the template. I wasn't sure whether to include ALL of the text in the template or not as some didn't seem relevant?0

It doesnt matter. The first appeal is merely to get a POPLA code.0

You are missing the subliminal message received by a PPC who will recognise it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

So, with the help of these forums and a carefully worded appeal, using jargon gleaned from my law student son's text books, I have won my appeal against NCP, without even the need for POPLA! Makes you wonder how many people are paying these fines to big companies who threaten court action, despite breaking guidelines that they have signed up to :mad:0

Agreed, which is why we regulars come here every day to try to help the disadvantaged and Newbies
It's a corrupt unjust industry that needs regulation asap0 -
Well done!
