Saga Insurance Topcashback

If this is not the correct place to ask would you please move for me?

Over twelve weeks ago I purchased Home Insurance on line with Saga through Topcashback. The £20.20 'Faster Paying Cashback' has been showing on my account as pending all this time.

I hope I am not being too impatient but it seems to be taking longer than I thought to become payable.

Is there a representative on the site I could ask to check, please?

You can message tcb customer service yourself from their website

But there are often long waits for insurance cashback to be paid

(To stop any abuse by customers buying a policy then cancelling it as soon as they get paid their cashback,)

Thank you, Quentin. I'll try contact through the website. Because it said 'Faster paying ' I thought it would pay quite quickly.

I have not cancelled the policy as it is for my home insurance. Thanks for replying.

  • This is just a quick update to say that today my Topcashback payment changed from 'Pending' to 'Confirmed.' Maybe I was just too impatient as it sounds as if the cashback is going to be payable before too long now.

Thank you again for reading my post and for your helpful reply, Quentin.

There is a thread to ask the TCB reps any questions.

    You can find it here.
