PPI and Nationwide

Has anyone else had a problem reclaiming PPI which was a joint account with an ex spouse? I can't get in touch with my ex for personal reasons and so Nationwide won't even consider paying me half of what we could potentially get and I have all the documents to prove that I had PPI.

yes they have.Nationwide won't even consider paying me half of what we could potentially get and I have all the documents to prove that I had PPI.
Some banks say they wont consider the complaint without all parties being involved. The FOS support that decision. Whilst other banks will consider a complaint made by just one. So, you are largely stuffed unless you can get the other party involved.0
