Faulty Car on Finance

Hi Guys,
Basically this is a bit of long winded story but would appreciate if someone could give me some advice.
I financed a 2015 Nissan Qashqasi from a Glyn Hopkin main dealers in February 2018. A few weeks in i here a loud rattling noise that would happen from the engine being started until it warmed up fully and the noise would go. i phoned and told them and they said it was the cold weather playing up but bring it down and they would look at it if got worse etc.. so i took it and the technician said he could not hear the noise which baffled me because it was so evident. i ended up going down there and driving it with him and then he could hear the noise. they done some scuffing around and the noise seemed to be bearable but still bad.
A few weeks pass and i take it back because it got worse again. they padded out the area the sound was coming from and it made a bit of a difference but not fully, it was bearable. then 3 months later a warning light pops up about low engine oil (bearing in mind it had around 5 litres of oil 3 months ago), long story short i book it in and they said i needed a new engine. so that was in the June. they replaced the engine the following month. then in July after the engine change my electric handbrake light starts to flash, which after a bit of research said it wasn't working properly, so again i book it back in and they replaced the electric handbrake module.
Then the following month in august i was driving and a stop/start error message appeared along with a chassis system error. I pulled over, restarted and the error messaged cleared, i though it was just a computer blip....two minutes later the same 2 messages pop up and an amber engine management light, followed by my engine to cut out resulting in total loss of power on an A road. i take it back to them and again the technician say they cant find that fault with it until i go to the dealership and go out on a test drive with them....a few days later they call me and they say its the fuel pump, they replace the fuel pump end of august and i go to pick up the car in September after they test it a few times.
All seems OK until 3 months ago at the end of April (2019) the same thing happens with the stop/start, chassis system error, amber engine management light following a total loss of power, the engine just shuts down. i take it back to the dealership again and They had the car for just over 5 weeks running extensive and further tests they tell me they do not know what it is!? again they just reset all the faults and i come and pick the car up the beginning of June.
Then again i was out with my wife and daughters 2 weeks ago and the same thing happens, all the error messages i mentioned above, followed by a total loss of power this time whilst i was on a roundabout! they have had the car for 2 weeks and have said now it COULD be the ABS system causing this to happen! i am at my wits end with this car, its definitely NOT fit for purpose and is not of satisfactory quality. it has stopped me vising family who live a few hours away as i am scared it will break down whilst on a motorway. i have opened up a complaint case with the finance company as advised by Nissan(still waiting on a case manager etc), but just wanted further information here from you guys, and what your view on this is.
I would like a minimum of my 3000 deposit back(even though i feel i should have a FULL refund) and i want the finance to be settled along with them taking the vehicle back. bearing in mind i pay 300 a month for this car, it does not reflect this in quality. sorry for the long post
Thanks in advance

Blimey. Might be worth holding onto it. At the rate you’re getting things replaced you’ll have what amounts to a new car in a few months’ time.0

Why should you have a full refund? Even though it's faulty, you have had use of the car between breakdowns and it's not fair that you have it for free.
You should however take it up with the finance company and look at a sensible solution including some compensation for provable losses.

Thanks for the replies people, it’s been a while. I haven’t had my car back yet, they replaced the ABS system and while The technician was on a test drive after replacing the unit, it broke down 5 times.
So it clearly wasn’t the ABS unit causing the problem.
Now they have said it COULD be the engine harness, they gave this diagnostic at the end of July, but the part has not Come in despite it being on order for nearly 3 months.
The finance company decided to close the case last month (although I’ve re opened another case today and opened one with the financial ombudsman yesterday)
Next week will be my fourth direct debit payment that I haven’t had the car for.
Ive even asked them to just settle my finance (which they will do) but I will be at a loss of a deposit. So I’ve said put that deposit I put down last year on to a new car and I will happily stay. But they are not willing to do this.
What do you all think about this case?
